An intraoral scan (STL) or a physical model, the retainer type and any notes from the treating orthodontist.
Physical models are used as received. From a scan file we print a model before fabrication.
Clear retainers are thermoformed on the model. Hawley retainers get an acrylic base and a labial bow bent to the model.
The retainer is ready within 24 hours of the lab having the model. Pick-up is at the lab in Ho Chi Minh City; shipping is arranged case by case.
