Shipping Method

Within a maximum of 24 working hours (except for orders placed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday, which will be processed on Monday morning), we will process and notify you of your order. The delivery time will be arranged according to the request, with the maximum time limits as follows:

• For delivery addresses within Ho Chi Minh City: no more than 03 working days.
• For delivery addresses outside Ho Chi Minh City: from 03 – 04 working days.
• For delivery addresses outside of Vietnam: from 04 – 05 working days.

If you place an order on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the delivery time will be delayed by 02 additional days.

We are committed to delivering products in accordance with the specifications and within the agreed-upon time frame. However, in certain uncontrollable situations such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns during delivery, or issues during the shipping process, the delivery may be delayed.

Responsibility for Transported Goods

We are responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage during transportation from our warehouse to the customer.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. If the goods are found to be damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect, please request the delivery staff to confirm the condition of the goods. In such cases, do not accept the goods and immediately notify our customer service department at Hotline (+84) 789 136 958 for timely handling.

At the time of receipt, once you have signed for the goods without noting any issues, the transaction is considered complete. We will not be responsible for any issues that arise after receipt.

Note: If you choose a shipping service designated and selected by yourself, we are only responsible for home delivery. Any transportation incidents and losses will be resolved by you directly with the delivery service.

Returns and Exchanges

We commit to refunding for products that do not match the ordered specifications, provided that the products are in their original packaging with undamaged boxes. Additionally, warranty cards, brand labels, technical instructions, and any accompanying gifts (if any) must be complete and intact. We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are not dirty, scratched, broken, damaged, have strange odors, or show signs of being washed or used.

After completing all agreements or payments for any arising fees (if any) or service charges, the new product will be sent to you, or your money will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days after the return procedure is completed.
